“When we purchased an older home in Northwest Hills, we knew that remodeling projects were in our future. “My husband and I both wanted to update our downstairs, but we had different priorities. We knew what we wanted to get rid of, but not what we wanted to replace them with.
When we sat down with Jerry Howard of Round Rock Restoration, we found a gold mine of knowledge and experience. "When my wife and I considered buying a new home and instead decideded to fix it up, we had no idea where to start or who to hire. Asking friends around the neighborhood, we were referred to Jerry at Round Rock Restorations. He wasted no time meeting with us and deciding on a plan based on everything we wanted to do. "I was putting our house on the market and it needed major repairs to the outside. I called RRR and got a reasonable estimate. They replaced several sheets of siding and completely rebuilt the outside of our chimney. They finished on time and at the price they quoted.
Jerry exceeded my expectations in several ways. He was always prompt, he stayed on schedule, and even assisted me with paint and trim color choices to ensure a match with the existing roof shingles. When he started on the trim, he didn't think that the color looked right and asked me to drive by. He was right. He then took the paint back to the store and darkened it up by two shades.
